Yes. Downloading the app and creating an account costs nothing. When you top up with a bank card, the card processing fee is shown before you pay.
A store card is a prepaid card for one business. You load it from your WaoCard wallet, pay with a QR code at that business, and collect its loyalty points and rewards.
No. They get a link by SMS that shows the gift. To spend it they create a free WaoCard account with the same phone number the gift was sent to.
If you cancel a gift, or it expires before it is claimed, the full amount goes back to your wallet.
